Ring Ding Bar is the creation of star pastry chef and child-of-the-50s Madeline Lanciani, whose culinary creativity and expertise is inspired by a lifetime of sweet stories. A real life Rose the Riveter and Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion, Madeline rose to piquant provenance as the Plaza Hotel’s first ever female head chef - one gutsy woman in a kitchen of 99 men - before opening New York’s beloved Duane Park Patisserie 1992, which she continues to own and operate. 

She has been recognized continuously over the years by publications such as The New York Times, Vogue, Zagat and many others over the years.
